30-day accessory returns
To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary accessories must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Email [email protected] or call (414) 323-2351 before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not ship a return to the manufacturer or to an address on your invoice without confirming the instructions with us.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us first so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting a return, we will notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Custom apparel and oversized items
Contact us before ordering personalized or made-to-order apparel, or an oversized safe, to confirm any product-specific return and delivery conditions. Any additional conditions must be disclosed before purchase.
